How We Do It

We practice due diligence in all aspects of business and promote the best interests of our clients at all times.

Our dealings and transactions are straightforward and completely transparent, with all stages clearly explained and documented.

All sales people within the property investment industry must hold current real estate sales certificates. All OzInvest Property Consultants are licensed and operate under the guidance of Phil Kelly, our Chief Executive Officer and Licensee of the business.

Unfortunately there are some in our industry who do not hold the appropriate licenses and may be transacting illegally.

It’s important you deal with properly licensed and qualified property consultants and if in any doubt ask to see a copy of their license.

No Strings Attached

Being completely independent, we cherry pick the best investment opportunities for clients. All OzInvest properties are sold at fair market value and every property sold by OzInvest must be assessed by an Independent Licensed Valuer appointed by your lender.

No Hidden Costs

When comparing property prices it pays to find out what you’re actually getting for your money.

There is a big difference between a true 'Fixed Price Contract' and a 'From $..... Price'.

Hidden costs’ will add thousands of extra dollars to the final price of the property. Discovering these after you've signed a contract is stressful and may lead to long delays in construction as you attempt to sort it out (and every day lost is lost rental income).

With OzInvest there are no hidden costs and no hassles. OzInvest’s ‘Fixed Price Contract’ guarantees that the price you sign off on is the price you pay, and not a dollar more.

The price includes everything from air-cond to carpets/ceramic tiles throughout to clotheslines - with completion to turn key stage ready for your first tenant to move in.

OzInvest Fee

Unlike some of our competitors, we charge no up-front fee to use our expertise.

Unlike some of our competitors, all consultation in identifying the right property for your investment strategy is absolutely free.

When you decide to go ahead with the purchase of a property you lodge a small once off Administration Fee of $1,250 (AUD$2,000 for Overseas purchasers).

Apart from the Administration Fee (which is tax deductible) there is nothing else for you to pay. All project management, from start to finish is covered in this fee.

OzInvest is paid a standard marketing commission by the Land Developers and Builders (this fee is disclosed on the client contract).

Unlike most of our competitors, who work on a sliding fee scale linked to the purchase price of the property, OzInvest and our Sales Consultants work on a standard Flat Fee for all properties, regardless of the purchase price.

There is no incentive to sell you up to a more expensive property than is in your best interests.
