Great post! I’ve been very interested in investment property ownership for a long time. I didn’t know that there are two types of ownership for real estate.

That’s great, I never thought that financial planner will recommend investment from which they can make commissions. This just makes good common business sense.

Late last year I was enquiring about property and I am still interested.

I purchased a one-bedroom apartment in Southbank and own it outright but I would like to invest in a home now and use the apartment as equity for a 100% Loan.

Although I am attracted by property in Melbourne my concern is that a second investment property would attract land tax. Coming from Queensland where I will eventually retire, I am attracted by the idea of a property in Brisbane but towards the North Coast rather than the South Coast.

I feel I am ready now to commit to the purchase and the benefits you mention.

I do remember that Kath (I think that was the name) said I could pay a deposit of around $1500 and then the rest on completion of the house. Do I still enjoy the benefits under that condition.

I should be interested to hear from you.

Thank you and sincerely

Kudos to OzInvest! Your website is a hub of information to ardent investors. Your layout is predominately focused on mere information to educate the public.

Looks like someone doing plenty of researching and great articles as well!

Well done!

I would just like to say i think your new website looks GREAT! the information is so much more detailed and easy to access, i can see from the content that OzInvest does alot of research about the market and that their clients are overwhelmed with their dealings with OzInvest. This helps give me the piece of mind that your company is proactive and cares about me and my future investments.
